Just wondering a couple of things about buying some midi controllers to work with the EMX
I'm currently looking at the Novation Nocturn and the Akai MPD24 and
will either of these hook up to the EMX so that I can control the parameters with the sliders/dials?
Also if the Akai MPD24 can hook up to it would it be possible that I could control both the parameters and also trigger samples off my laptop at the same time?
mm with the EMX is it possible just to record one Phrase at a time ? for example if i wanted to record only line 2 out of 4?
. . is the kp3 worth it? or could i just get a controller with an xy axis to do the same stuff with the emx?I heard the sampling isn't great specially the problem with loops no restarting so the only thing I would be getting it for is looking pretty and effects processing
