Pumpkin King - November 09

Post by Pumpkin King »

This song was actually done awhile ago on Garageband, but I have it up now...

It's just a quick electronica piece that I worked on for literally 2 hours or so. I originally was going to add some keyboard solos, but I decided that it sounded good as is, and could definitely pass as music in a video game or something. It reminds me of Donkey Kong Country for some reason...

Enjoy.

Hey, I really like this, 1:40 or so is very cool, that changeup, this has such a clean precise-ness that makes it very good on the ears. You could actually add some kind of vocal thing that echoes to the bpm. I do think this is a cool song, could be used for a number of things actually.

Thanks george.

Yeah, that part that you are referring to is where I originally had a keyboard solo, but when I was finished the song I took the lead keyboard sound out completely and left it at that. And instead of vocals, I was thinking of adding different kind of melodies for each set of measures during that part because it would add to the nice buildup, but I never got to it.
