Hello Korg Forum World! Really need help

I just got a mbox 2 and pro tools 8 le, I dont know how to sync my karma with the mbox. can somebody please give me a step by step of how to do this I'm just real new to this computer recording and none of the termnalogy makes much sense to me. thanks
