Pa2x event edit problem

Hello, I am trying to change sounds in the sequencer using the Menu > event edit .
I am trying to change the sound to E piano Classic tines (121.009.005)
I enter the following in the 9th measure

Measure: type : value 1 : value2

M:009.01.000 prog 5
M:009.01.000 crtl 121 9

When I play it and it get to measure 9, the sound changes to
E. Piano 2 GM (121.023.005)

Any ideas on what’s causing this? Do I have some midi setting wrong?

Finally figured it out. to change to a specific sound: ex classic tines ((121.009.005)
You enter

Measure: type : value 1 : value2

M:009.01.000 crtl 0 121
M:009.01.000 crtl 32 9
M:009.01.000 prog 5

Measure 9 change control 0, value 121
Measure 9 change control 32, value 9
Measure 9 program , value 5
