Anyway, im a music student at Newcastle College, England studying production. I've been playing piano for around 11 years now, and Guitar for about 5. Recently i found a new interest in synthesis and sampling. I joined this forum caus i know I'm gonna go for the Korg R3. And what better place to discuss than on a dedicated forum?
As far as musical influences go, its a pretty wide variety. On the electronic stuff it ranges from Enter shikari interlude style beats and Richard D James and squarepusher sequences and mods through to atmospheric pads from brian eno (in particular an ascent) with some digital mystikz and the more mainstream prodigy, pendulum and trance style leads.
So anyway, I might see you somewhere inside the forum.
