Pa50 NO SOUND !!!

Hello everyone ...I recently bought a PA50 ..but now I have a problem .

Everything works just fine ...but there is no sound coming out of the speakers, nor the headphones ( actually when I plug the earphones I can hear a very low level on the left ear )

Anybody any suggestions ?

I checked the options in global ...and speakers are ON

Is there a certain way to tell if it is the internal amplifiers fault ?

Hello,

Don't raise to raiser the master level AND the ACC or the assign level slider. Is your balance cursor in the middle ? You can also try to connect an external amplifier or active speakers using the line out at the rear of the PA.

I am no expert in when it comes to the hardware, but it seems like a hardware issue to me...Korg is infamous for crappy internals so that's my guess as well. I would try contacting Korg customer service via email and HOPE they would be decent enough to help you out....
