Where can I download news .PCG? An a couple of cuestions!

Post by fabsilver »

Hi, friends.

I'm a new user in this forum and i'm trying to obtain new sounds for my Trinity. Also I would like to know if i can connect an external Cdrom to a HDR-TRI I wish to buy in next days.

Which is the best option? An external CD rom or a external SCSI hard disc?

And the last: Which is the max capacity able to a HD conected to the HDR-TRI?

Thanks a lot & sorry for my english. I'm from Argentine. :D

Yes, it has to use a SCSI connection.

I think it's up to you, as to what you want to do with the Trinity. Load patches or record audio?

I'd say hard-disk might the most flexible, as you will be able to add/delete files and tracks as you wish.

However I would take a look at the HDR-TRI manual first, as it should be able to tell you what you can do.

Scroll to the downloads section and the HDR-TRI manual should be there.

4GB, I think.

Excuse me, but i'll post in spanish.

Compadre:

Hi timo, I would like to use the HDR-TRI just for rec chords and use these in my secuences.

I have a covers-band and the oportunity to have pre-recorded chorus and use them in live is a great advantage. Even if I can quantize/edite them like the others .sng tracks.
