New Korg M50 glitch!

Guys I have a problem. I opened the box of my new Korg M50-61 yesterday and as I switched it on and went to program mode, the central keys namely middle octave E, F F# and G sound weird and poly. Is this normal? How do u fix it?
This happens in all programs and Combis...so it is global. I guess there must be a simple way to switch it off. I tried resetting and reloading but it still exists. Is it usual or should I get the keyboard exchanged? I can't play a run on the piano or other programs.

Guys I had to just return it and get another one! It was a genuine problem. I am not sure if anyone else had a similar problem! The new one rocks!

That was a really wierd problem .. glad you were able to get it replaced so quickly.
