Humm....I think there are several features already suggested here by members, but I wish if KORG would release within a further update an update for the look of the screen.

Well, I'd love to see the same blueish background of the screen just like the way it's done in PA500 and Triton. ONLY BLUE no color at all...In Global Mode as an option from the BACKGROUND COLOR something like MONOCHROME PA500 or MONOCHROME TRITON :D

Another option for background color just like pa500 screen look:

that's my wish list. Thank you!

p.s: now I'm pa800 user.

It would be especially great if a Pa2x module could be made so it's mountable on an M3-73 or an M3-88, next to the M3M, and so it will accept the M3 keybed "spare" connector.

Best regards,
Rob

I miss the ASSIGNABLE SWITCHES!

Why are they replaced with the MIC SETTINGS? Not everyone uses a mic.

Now only 2 on the far left!! Big mistake.

Also MUTE buttons, under the volume sliders! Like the Roland G1000 has. Very useful.

Also a module version of the PA2X M for e.g

Strange ! The PA2x indeed has no mute buttons under the volume sliders. Of course, you can slide it to 0, but that is not the same for live performance.

I did not notice this earlier (I own a PA800 beware :)). But on my previous arranger, the Korg i30, there were mute buttons under the sliders.

Strange from Korg :?

Remember in the track select section you can MUTE everything by the touch of your finger per track by clicking on the little green "P". So the functions is there, just not on the keyboard, but in your screen.

I would like those mute buttons too!
It's hard to hit that little spot on the touch screen.

I have a no simply solution for individually switching on or off the harmony voices......for example during a play of one song, you need more then one harmony voice.....for a one part of song you can set a one individual voice (for example third above or +3 applied to V1) and for a other part of that same song you need a fourth below (-4) that is applied to individual voice V2...but if you need a fast switching from V1 to V2 during a playing of one song you must have opened a voice procesor preset page in global menu so as you can switch them on/off individualy and that is a complicated .....why the simply switching on/off the V1 V2 and V3 not in a list of Assignable Switch function for assignable switch 1&2 or for a EC5...

Sorry for a long post.... :) .....
I believe this can be achieved by programming your various user vocal patches, (with one two three or four harmony voices) and then these can be assigned to a STS.

Bear in mind you also have to copy to the STS the existing patch (sound) and style settings, so these stay constant for the song, but as I recall this is a way this can be achieved.

Then changing the vocal processor setting in a performance is as easy as just pressing the sts tab.

Just wishlist

Post by duby2 »

Korg Survey . got all the good new ideas from us and if you ask what needs fixing .. the pax1 and pa800 work fine .

its just the little thing ( I think that live player like to have )

...Like Roland e80 the guitar mode work live you play it various articulations can be controlled directly from the keyboard for both realtime performance and programming (on User Style Composer, 16-Track Sequencer and external software Sequencer). This would be a OS upgrade and it to much to ask ..

the TC Helicon preset with Effects we get 30 of them the roland E-80's Vocal Harmonist has over 80 different settings plus additional effects and features, including Voice-FX, Auto Pitch, Singer, Vocoder, Small/Ensemble and Talk.easy fix here just more factory sets. And no I do not want a roland e80 I like Korg just some of there ideas ,

I would like just factory made sets, like all jazz or all funk soul and more. they have the software to set it up fast and premade song book the same way and more TC Helicon preset with Effects , and it does not cost them to much money , well is just the wishlist, One software program could make some of this happen.
Just a wish ..

let's consider having a velue set to defaults = +00 so When cahnging that value to +25 or -70 or so.....I'd love to have this feature witch is by pressing both Up+Down buttons -near the DIAL- would bring back the value to defaults = +00 very helpfull!

in SOUND MODE, when selecting an oscillators I need to read the list of the sound from the manual but why not diplay a list of the internal ROM sounds just like Triton does!

Add more effects for the upper voices maybe 4 effects actaully 2 effect do not suffice me!

I will add more, Thank you.

Edditing software (Just like the M3) that allows both edditing all PA2X stuff, and allows me you to plug in my PA2x as a Virtuall instrument on my workstation.

Pa800, The Score Viewer

I'd like to have the score viewer displays the piano track in both treble and bass clef like the way Band-in-box does.
