Live Lite 6 or 7 Korg Edition Shutdown PC During Install

Yeah, get this. I have the following computer specs:

Gateway GT 5656
AMD Athlon X2 6000+ (dual 3.0 ghz cores) 6.0ghz effectively
Running Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit
4 gb PC-5300 DDR 2 ram
Western Digital 500gb 7200rpm Sata II Hardrive
Creative X-Fi 7.1 Channel Soundcard with Asio 2.0
32" HDTV/Monitor at 1360x768 resolution

and

Ableton Live Lite 6 (the one that came with the Kontrol 49 on the Creative Kontrol Pack 3 disc) or even the newer Korg version of Live 7.0.14, both just shutdown the PC during install. However if I try a second or third time.....it fully installs.

Anyone else with Vista 32 having this issue?
