EXs2 Missing?

When I downloaded the new preset effects and 1.3.3, My piano exs2 were missing from my user A bank. Now all my combis are messed up...How do I find the missing Piano Exs2 and restore them to the Oasys? thanks...jim

Go to Global and in expansion sample set up in the top right corner menu have a look to see if it is checked.

EXs2 is used in Factory-Combis?!?

I was only aware of EXs1-Combis. And these are really messed up if EXs1 is not launched. I believe you'll have to check the box in the Global menu for EXs1 (and not for 2 and for 3 you'll have to check the box as well if you want to use the Brass-Combis too).

Let me clarify: after loading the new effect presets, the voices in bank user-A do not sound. Specifically the EXs2-A000,A001,A002 thru A007. The names of the voices are still showing but no sound. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like your Global preferences were changed so the EXs-2 samples are not loading at start-up. They usually don't in a factory configuration, only the EXs-1 samples will.

So you can easily change this by reloading them manually, or setting your prefs to autoload them on boot-up.

Look in Global Mode->Basic Tab-> Upper Rh menu-> Expansion Sample setup.
