Saving sequence

Post by Run »

Hi, I need a shortcut to save an edited sequence to SD card the right way. Ex:
1. I loaded a midi song from PC to SD card. (toccata et fugue)
2. SD to M50 internal memory.
3. Change programs (instruments) on tracks to all church organ.
4. Deleted the program change data stored in measure 1 for each track of
the song.(these were piano)
Here's where I need to know how to save it the best way.
Do I save it starting from the Sequence page menu or Media menu and what is the good touchscreen command?
Seems a basic question to me.... but I need to clarify.

Thanks.

Save ALL Sequences.

What you save is not relevant. All the same deal.

Look back at at my filing method I posted, using dates for directories. It makes sense, and it's easy to find stuff. Use different cards for different projects (1 for your copy act, one for your own stuff, one for your original band, one for Midi stuff found on-line, one for programs/combis.

And you can always go back and arrainge things for your needs, then save as (example), "Main", set up the Seq. in an order you want..

It works GREAT,,, and little chance of actually losing something!!! (that is important).

I hope this helps!
