Quick question on playing the Radias (the module, not the EXB) with an M3.
After reading through the reviews, the Korg website, and this forum, I have come to the conclusion that there are two separate ways to play a Radias with the M3: (i) through MIDI, like any external instrument, or (ii) by plugging it into the M3 keyboard and playing it directly. In this second mode, then, one could play the Radias without even turning the M3 module on, and if the M3 were on, playing a single note on the keyboard would trigger one patch on the M3 and a separate one on the Radias.
Can someone confirm that this is correct? Many thanks.

You are correct. I have my Radias MIDI-In patched to the M3 MIDI-Out so I can use the sequencer to control both. This gives me 5 stereo outputs (L/R 1/2 3/4 on the M3 and L/R 1/2 on the Radias) that I can record into my D3200 simultaneously. Works great.Los wrote:Quick question on playing the Radias (the module, not the EXB) with an M3.
