Jerry many thanks to you and the fine folks from Korg. I'm at my day job and it's only morning in the US, it's going to be at least 10 hours before I get to install the OS and give it a whirl. Anyone with some initial thoughts on DNC voices would be appreciated. How bout it Dreamer ? ?? Nedim :D :D

As I wrote in your other post the site clearly states the following:

Note: After installing this new Operating System, please also load the new Musical Resources (2.0). This is mandatory with this OS version. If the User area contains custom data, please save them to a storage device (by using a Save > All operation) before loading the new resources.

Please be sure to follow all the instructions.

Regards,

Jerry

Steve,
the new sounds are really good; I especially liked the Jazz Organ, the Guitars and the Strings, but what really impressed me are the new styles, because all the fills work flawlessly and without volume jumps and also because they have been heavily tweaked in the Eq section, and for this reason their overall sound is now more "CD-like" (if you know what I mean... )

Dreamer many thanks for your comments. That's great news on the new sounds. I like your comment "CD-Like" :)
