problem with sequencer

Post by ocw1125 »

I just bought a used Triton Pro a few weeks ago. Everything works fine, except for one little thing I just noticed.

Sometimes when I turn it on and go to the sequencer, I can't change tracks. I push the touch screen and select a different track (from under the song select tab is), but it always stays on track 1. I've tried using the wheel and imputing a number. If I turn it off and on once or twice, the ability to change tracks returns. I've been having to turn it off and on more and more lately. I can change the instruments of each track. Does anyone know whats wrong? I'm worried something is broken and getting worse, or is it just some preference setting? Thanks

do you have a sustain pedal plugged in? If so try disconnecting that and see if it works

you may also need to change the polarity setting for the pedal found in GLOBAL if this happens when the pedal is released. That way you should be able to keep the pedal plugged in whilst using sequencer just don't try and change tracks whilst the pedal is held down (depending on the polarity settings)

Glad it worked anyway :D
