Help!! Lost my Programs of Bank C!!

Post by rOyBoY »

Hi people,

I was busy downloading a few sounds from the downloadpage.
I loaded some files in my triton ex, it was a .KSF file...(ms000003.KSF).
I put the files on my CF-card. Pressed load in the loading page...

i don't know exactly what happened, but when I went to look on my E-bank (programs) for the sounds, this was empty....
I used to have my own sounds on this bank.

It was a coincedence that i went to my A, B & C-bank programs to look there, when i concluded that my C-bank was empty...

Can somebody help me with this problem?

I always thought that the memory on the C-bank was un-overwritable...
but now i've lost all my original Korg sounds on this bank....

Does somebody know how i can my original sounds back?
Can i download them somewhere?

I hope somebody can help me.....!

Only GM bank (G) is write-protected.
Did You do backup before loading any data from media?
If lost programs were just factory presets then go to Global mode - this is where You can load preloaded data - "0–1B: Load Preload/Demo Data" (the option it is available from popup menu, PG p. 157). Btw. KSF files are sample data files; shouldn't affect banks.
