In which format did your write your CD ? It must be in ISO-9660.

I'm new at this and would like to know how to update with a cd as opposed to floppy. Could you explain please? I have no idea what ISO-9660 means, nor how you write a CD in different formats? I'm also unclear about loading the files onto a cd regarding the folders. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
