Zero8 new transport buttons...

Hey guys, I just updated my 08 to the latest ver 1.5 and I noticed a STOP & PLAY button on the touch screen. How is this used? I tried with MIDI and can't get it to work. Has anyone got this to work?

Yes.

The transfport buttons allow the Zero 8 to start/stop your MIDI sync hardware or software.

For example.... I use Ableton Live. If I sync Ableton software to the Zero8 MIDI clock, then the tranport buttons allow me to start and stop the Ableton program. This way I can be sure to sync up with the correct quantization.

nice! Thanks a mill. I use Abelton aswell. I love that program. I use bomes and have have a (keyboard/mouse)less dj setup. Its not the best but it works. How about you?
