Finally going to upgrade from my triton studio 76 to a oasys 76. I will mostly use this live with my fantom X7, in a covers band doing everything from Van Halen to Rammstein. I have some specific stuff which I will either sample or reprogram - Prodigy's "breathe" and Rammsteins "feuer frei" from the triton studio.
Is there anything I should look out for before or do before I sell the TS?
I do have a triton rack and I'll transfer the Z1 board across to that and the adat board into the oasys when it comes. Hopefully though the TR will just be a backup, not looking to continue using it routinely.
I'm looking forward to the anti aliasing of the oasys- the triton is bad at this, and the CX3 organs, and the better sample quality in the oasys. I've played the oasys once a couple of years ago in New York and was really impressed but could not afford it, now the Korg dealer is offering me a great deal and I can't wait. Don't you just love KORGs - they are the best.
Any tips for migrating to the big O ?

That's a nice board. Keep in mind that the OASYS doesn't have the same samples or programs. If there is a patch that you can't be without - sample it. Once you get that expectation through your head, you should be fine.kyoland wrote:Is there anything I should look out for before or do before I sell the TS?.
