Neat interview, Peter. Thanks for the effort. Nice to see who's behind the online handle.

"Blogasys" is a great name. =D>

Unfortunately, as you know, I don't read German very well so I'm not sure what the last entry is totally about. Maybe I can get it translated on the web somewhere.

I hope you can keep up the great effort.

... damn I thought it was going to be someone famous, but it turned out to be just the dirty hand in the engineroom of the forum ;-)

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share my story and thoughts 8)

Thank you thekeymaster and bctines for the very nice feedback!

There will come more and of course in english...

Additionally there will be plenty of german material as well and I have to find a way how to translate it so that the original meaning and the sense of humor - falls vorhanden - doesn´t get lost. Do not want to go into more details at the moment...

The blog started with interviews but I will try to add some more categories, maybe workshops, sounds... we´ll see, it all depends on the feedback and interest of the readers. At the moment I have enough ideas to fill the webspace with OASYS related stories and material.

Great interview. Daz your work space is unnaturally tidy  Or maybe you got the contract cleaners in before the photoshoot? :)

Nice interview.

Daz,

I am always interested in music stands/tables since I can't seem to find the ideal setup.

Three questions:

1. Over at your OASYS station, (I think) I recognize the Ultimate Support Systems tiers holding your Radias and MS2000, but what brand/model do you have the OASYS sitting on?

2. What brand\model is your computer desk? Are the monitor tier, speaker stands and lights all part of the same product line?

3. What brand\model is supporting your Kurz K2661?

Thanks.

Hey Peter - great interview sir, well done... I must also say, with a fine chap indeed.

I was in the USA recently and had the pleasure of meeting up with Daz for an exciting visit to Sam Ash, followed by a meal and a few beers. Not many like this gent I can tell y'all..:)

@ Martin: have you seen this link re music stands I posted a few months ago...?

OASYS weblog - blogASYS -> keyboard stands

Post by KarmaKazi »

I think stand one (Oasys) and stand three (K2661) are the Quik-Lok WS550 Heavy Duty Adjustable Stand.

I know its the one I plan to use.

Hey Daz.
Nice article.
I enjoyed the linked Mp3's......Dave, Light Bounce, One and Only.
Nicely mixed.
I can hear your influence from Depeche Mode.
There's even a touch of Kraftwerk.
Nice!!

"Just what do you think you're doing Dave"
"I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that"

Nice work. I enjoyed the interview and the MP3s (I'm also a New Order/Cure/Depeche Mode fan). Similar age, similar job, similar interests, similar gear...

Keep it up Daz. Let us know when the album is due :D

Hey Peter,
Congratulations on the launch of your O Blog. I must also concur with your selection of Daz for your first guest interview. Nice job on that.
Hey, Daz, I'm trying to figure out how and why I missed your demos before. Super stuff. Quite British, you know....

This was the idea if Michael (Stiedl) a friend of mine who designed and installed the weblog. Only the OASYS photo is one of a series I made.

Good opportunity to thank him for all the great work and help!
