Does anyone know if the sdhc card is compatible with the M50

I have a Korg M50, iam having trouble with the Tap Tempo, when I set it in 3/4 time and start recording. after a few bars I get a tick on the 1st beat and then silence on the 2nd beat and then 2 ticks on the rest of the bar which results in a 4/4 bar and ruines the whole composition.
