What can I do to get past the "Loading..." screen...it just keeps cycling.

What does Er.2.1 mean?

No sounds, when I press the buttons they do nothing.

Turn on the unit and all the lights are lighting up. Have the correct AC power supply (Korg OEM)... not sure what it could be... any ideas?
