Korg KP3 - lights are on - nobodys home

Turn on the unit and all the lights are lighting up. Have the correct AC power supply (Korg OEM)... not sure what it could be... any ideas?

Can you be more specific about what the problem is?

When you choose one of the synth or drum programs, can you make sounds?

When I turn on the unit... all the lights on this thing come on.

No sounds, when I press the buttons they do nothing.
