Its BKP file. Isn't it a .SET file that should be what I'm looking for. Again its only to get the factory performances. Because I changed them, and forgot to make an original backup of them. Or does the BKP contain them ? I will check later tonight. Thanks though for the reply.

Can anyone point me to the pa800 factory performances. I don't need to do a factory reset, I just want the original SET, so I can extract the original performances. Thanks.

Thanks Frans. On this 'ex' version of my pa800, this option doesn't work unfortunately.

Is there any new developments to having the four STS buttons lockable ? Even having 4 different memory settings for 4 different STS 'sets' imagine that !!!

I remember on the pa800, you can move variations around. For example move a variation from styleA that's in (1), to variation (2) on styleB.

Is that possible with pa600 ?

It can be said that the STS that you are using in styles when you go to song play mode, will stay. So you can use this to set the sound and pads to a special style that you realy don't use as a style, but more as a tool in song play mode so you get the instruments and pads you want when playing ...

I got a strange number 120.064.007 but it didn't make sense to me where the PCM was mapped to. Anyways, I gave up as its not a friendly process at all.

Atef. Korg is better. I had the Yamaha a2000 and overall korg is better.
