Mastering software question

Do you think it would be better to go with Sound forge 9 or Wavelab 6? I just do not think I would take full advantage of wavelab, but I think I would feel like I was missing out on something if I got Sound forge. Can you do PQ code editing in sound forge? Also, how simple would it be to master a 12 ...

Audio Kontrol 1

I was wondering what some opinions are about the Audio Kontrol 1. I was thinking about trading in my alesis multimix 8 mixer for the Audio Kontrol. I do not use more than two audio inputs at a time, and the midi input and output are very appealing since I have the microkorg. I was really wondering ...

Definitely seem like they would be incredibly useful for that seeing as how they are only $60. I'm getting two whenever I make it out to guitar center and I can't wait B]

Definitely would go with Ableton Live. I've used a lot of programs before and this is by far the easiest to use and understand. Also, it has a lot of capabilities that other software can't come close to.

For each track I do, I do a separate live set. However, I will begin to do live shows in a month or so and I need to have all my live sets combined into one so things flow smooth. I was thinking of resampling all of my midi files and anything else to audio so that I could load all of the audio ...

Live sets for live use

Soon I will be integrating a number of different Live sets in order to have a smooth live performance. What I was thinking was record all midi and audio channels with effects into new audio clips and import them all in the order I want them. Do any of you have any other way of integrating Live sets ...

I really wish that they had the USB 2.0 version when I got mine. I could be multitrack recording right now even though I would never need to :p

I have FL XXL 8, although I really only use it as a rewire slave for Ableton. I think FL 8 is great and has really warm sounding softsynths. I never actually looked at the Collab thing it came with though

You can get a good decently priced mixer from guitar center. I wanted a cheap one so I went with the Alesis multimix because it uses usb to interface with your computer. A lot of people say a lot about latency and whatnot, but I haven't had any trouble with anything. For sequencing, Ableton Live is ...

I sent you a friend request. I really like your stuff. My page is kind of a work in progress. There's so many things to do and I hate that I can't just work on music all day
