I do a PF Tribute w/a Kronos as well, and I'm no wizard with sound creation. I have found EXs124 to be very useful! I'm trying to wrap my head around all the synth engines and make them emulate the EMS/Moog/Arp stuff. The later Prophet sounds are pretty well emulated in stock presets. When is ...

I like these: http://www.roadcasesusa.com/level-3-modified-roadie-series-keyboard-cases/ If you're not flying, these are light, strong, and custom fit. Use coupon code "R76" to get 10% off, and free shipping. Came to $224 total in the lower 48. Total shipping weight for a 61 w/box was 25 lbs.

I use a Standtastic 3-tier and wouldn't use anything else. Super easy setup/teardown and super stable.

The same exact thing happened to me...right down to the blowout price, rebate from Korg, 6 months in and BOOM goes the power supply. What do I conclude? When the price drops and the rebate is available, QC issues can be expected!

Seems I either get a drumset or a piano patch to play along with either my actual sequence or when I trigger a track from my controller (PC3) in setlist mode. I mute all unused channels and zero the faders, made an initialized blank patch with 0 volume and assign it to every unused track, and set ...

Setlists and random sounds playing:

Has anyone had any issue with running sequences in setlist mode where you'll hear Kronos program sounds not programmed in the sequence? I use setlists to bring up either an actual sequence, or use sequence mode to provide the ability to play certain kronos sounds from another controller and have a ...

Well, a power supply and eight days later and I'm back up and running. Sure missed this board last week, but I must say, the Triton Extreme with the MOSS board sure can cover a lot of bases! I think I'll keep her. :)
