Physical issues: Rotating PadKontrol vertically
So another observation: when I hit a pad, and it doesn't send the release signal, rotating the PadKontrol vertically sends the release signal. In fact, in general when the PadKontrol is vertical instead of horizontal, the pads appear to work correctly.

After seeing strange varying behaviour with the pads in my padkontrol, I unscrewed the back of the device. Finding nothing I could possibly work with inside, I put it back together. Pads not firing consistently
If this is a software issue, I can't find any solutions anywhere. This is not an overall calibration problem because as the above posters mentioned, it's inconsistent across the keys. I love the concept of the Padkontrol and can't figure out if I need to buy a new one because I got a dud, or if it's ...

Two of the pads on the padkontrol has stopped functioning
Two of the pads on my Korgcontrol, the 1st and the 12th, do not fire signals consistently, or release signals consistently, rendering this device useless.
