|
|
We released a new version of wavestate native today! (Bonus points if you have Check For Updates set to Automatic; you'll see a prompt to update next time you load the software.) Version 1.1.0 has a long list of improvements and bug-fixes, detailed here:
https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/articles/5303187263513-wavestate-native-release-notes
Some highlights:
* Support for multiple simultaneous User Sample Banks, setting it free from the hardware version's storage limitations.
* Sample start buffers are now loaded only as required, reducing both startup time and memory overhead.
* Many small improvements to sound selection and modulation workflow - making life better, one feature at a time.
* For macOS, a new Graphics Mode preference (in the Settings window) lets you switch between Core Graphics (best for ARM-based Macs) and Open GL (best for Intel Macs). The default is Core Graphics, so if you're using Intel hardware, switch it to Open GL for best performance.
