Is anyone else following this guy's tutoral series here yet?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jglbXy2tN20
He's three videos in and they're pretty cool if you're a novice like me.
I think I'm doing ok, got a reasonable working knowledge of the instrument, but this guy's taking it to a new level as far as my learning is concerned.
Check him out, particularly of you're new or relatively new to the MS20 like I am...

Hi!

I've tried some of those patches and they sound great. I hope Gianni continues the series!

I've made a series of eight videos with a complete tutorial, but as they were made for the Brazilian distributor, I speak portuguese. I'm planning subtitles though. But since the synth is really "visual", most things will be easy to understand anyway. Hope you like it. Cheers!

Were you able to get the pad patch from the most recent tutorial to work? I Can't get it to sound right, was thinking it could be to do with the filter on the mini vs the kit set which is what he's using? Comments on the youtube clip seem to suggest that as well.
Your clips are looking sweet so far, I've started watching the first one.
I can't understand the talking or writing, but that doesn't matter, these clips look nice.

Actually I couldn't reproduce some of the patches perfectly on both mini and Kit. Somehow the synths are just not sounding the same.

Glad you're watching the tutorials! Thanks! Smile
