Hi!
This month I'm working on an arrangment for my vocal group, 11 people mixed choir (3S, 3A, 3T, 2B).
I'm arranging the famous spiritual song "Joshua fit the battle of Jericho", and I'm going to post it as my July entry.
I hope you don't mind it, and you all agree with that; if not just tell me and I'll change my entry.
The idea is to finish the vocal arrangment, and then try if it works for a "brass band", too.
So I'll post the song in intrumental form, I'm curious to listen to the result, and want to share it with you.
Keep in touch for the final completed song _________________ Diego http://www.myspace.com/diegoinmusic

Just writing you for a sad update...
Today my APC Smart UPS decided to stop working
It's really a big problem for me and my pc-related activities, as I don't want to use synths without a line-conditioner (here the power is not that good).
I guess I'll be late, but we'll see.
I've already sent an email to APC, the UPS is really behaving in a strange way (if someone is familiar with this kind of problems, please, write me).

I hope APC will contact me ASAP, and I'll let you know.

Hi Diego!!
I await with great expectations for my favorite genre of vocal music...small choir!!! and the brass band as well..
You better not let us down on this after sticking your neck out with a pre-emptive strike!! (but I know you won't)!! Really appreciate your musical values and successes, my friend!!!
PLEASE get your tech. problems fixed...GOOD LUCK on that!!
John....(Johnny, and ellll as well )!! |

Hi John!
Eheh, I guess you'll have to wait a little more...
Finally I got a new (used, on eBay) UPS, and get started again, but I had to record my parts for my band, we're recording two new tunes, that we'll use for a competition...
In the next week I'll start again working on the arrangment, but I've to finish my own version of "Oh Happy Day", because we'll have to sing it on XMas concerts, and need to start reharse to study it.
BTW, it's at a good stage, so you'll hear it soon
Really thanks a lot for your support, I'll more than pleased to give you the score, so you'll let me know what you'd change.
