At first I lost sound to a couple keys , now all but about eight have gone and I cannot after powering up get it to move off of combo...can anyone tell me whats happening or what I can do to fix this problem...Thanks |

Doing this doesnt recognize that Im touching these buttons.....the only thing that is working is the dial and the screen.....thats far as I can get |

Factory reset involves holding [ENTER] and [0], then power-on...
***But if your buttons are not responding, then you outov luck. |

Also you will need the preload disks to add sounds (pcgs/combis) back into the unit after factory reset. |

Thanks alot for trying to help me BRUCE...But Im still having no luck with this...I did exactly what you said and Nothing happens...It does nothing...It doesnt recognize me holding the buttons down... |

I used to have the same problem with my live in girlfriend...
