|
|
Hi Guys,
I am after a tutorial, on how to add the default ram1 and 2, sounds to a wavestation EX.
I have downloaded MIDI OX and the 2 sys files.
Can someone please explain how to use the midi ox.
All I want to do is drop and dram the sys file into ram 1 and 2, so they will have the default sounds on.
Is that possible, or is it harder?
Thanks in advance.
Will.
(P.S. You don’t have a hardware legacy collection, so I had to post my question here) |

Upload factory settings on a Korg Wavestation
1. Rest the korg – press 4 and down and turn on, press second button from left on the control panel (can’t remember it!)
2. Check midi receive is on 1 – Press “Global” on the control panel
3. Download forge sysex manager - http://www.leafdigital.com/software/sysex/download.html
4. Get Korg factory settings from http://www.korguksupport.co.uk/Page.cfm?PageId=392
5. Open forge sysex manager
6. Click “open” on the right at the bottom
7. select the factory setting “ws1preld.sys”
8. Click “send”
Done!
Cheers.
Will
