Friends, where is the art in your souls ? Wink

The whole point of the FUNCTION button is that has NO FUNCTION. Whilst it may look like just another button to the casual observer, it's in fact a surreal art masterpiece and a statement about the many conflicts in modern life. The Function button has no function, it's a paradox. Just think about the implications of that and reflect on how many lessons that teaches us about modern life with its many personal and moral conundrums.

I think we have a pretty good idea whose work it is, from this little clue :

Daz.

With a bachelor's degree in philosophy, you'd think I'd be inclined towards this sort of discussion. And I am!

Still though, something's missing. (to quote Jazzanova)

No really: I stayed up all night trying different approaches and techniques. I thought I saw something flicker on the screen when I pressed FUNCTION and scrolled the wheel really really fast: some guy doing push ups and swearing.

Oh sweet lord.

It should be used to start up a separate HD partition on-the-fly. You could be goinging along with the Oasys side of things and then decide that you need to run other utilities (still under Linux I suppose), i.e., your favorite patch organizer, or let's say a more comprehensive wave editor or maybe even sequencer...A internet browser perhaps?

"Sometimes, when I think that nobody can see me, I press it. Very gently, nothing to write home about."

Just make sure you use proper protection when performing this "function". We don't want to contribute more than we should.
