Hi Folks...
I was wondering if anyone knows if there is anyone in the UK who does either specialist lessons or any kind of group course/seminar on programming the Triton Extreme - i'm finding it very hard to learn from the manuals i got with it.
I would be particularly interested in learning how to properly use the MOSS board too...rather than just fiddling like i'm doing at the moment.
Thanks

I hear both of you. I bought the demo model off the floor. I've read later that the TE supposedly comes with a DVD? (That I never received).
I find it much easier/faster to learn from another human, especially if this type of instrument is a totally new thing. I can play piano fairly well. But the TE has so many features it would be a waste not to learn them all.
Anyways I found this and will order it when I come back from vacation. Maybe I'll give you guys a little review.

I've been looking for the master class dvd for a while but couldn't find it anywhere. Let us know if its a worthwhile purchase.
What would be really cool is if it could be approved by Korg and have it up on this site! (one for you SHARP! )
That way everyone gets the best from their machines. _________________ ESKIMO WALK acoustic band

This is something I do here in Ireland, but only unofficially, and normally with no more than two people at a time. It just works better this way because I can teach in my Studio, and cover exactly what they want to know. Normally the two people are close friends wanting to know the same things.
My dream is to officially work for KORG, so who knows. Maybe in the future I will be very lucky.

It's only free with a new purchase, so I doubt KORG would be interested in seeing us selling it here when they sell it off their own website already. http://www.korgusa.com
If they wanted to do that, I'm sure KORG UK would already have them for sale.
Regards.

I have the 'novice' DVD and the masterclass DVD....
Both are very good but there are a lot of things that they don't cover - such as MOSS programming or in depth use of effects etc.
I got the first tutorial from ebay and the masterclass one from an american website (I forget the name now) but if you have a good trawl on google you should find them - from my view as someone new to Korg gear they were extreemly helpful |

I know, I'm a bit behind, but maybe my experience will still help.
I bought my TE from Guitar Center. It didn't come with the DVD either. So, I got the number for KORG USA and called them. They tranferred me to a nice guy in the Marketing Dept (I forget the name, sorry) who promptly mailed me the DVD...no charge. Yea KORG!!
It's a pretty good video, duplicating the main things from the manual that one needs to get started.
