PA588 can't synchronize tempo with Logic Pro

Hello,
I want to use my Logic as master device and PA588 as slave device. I'm able to trigger style start from Logic, but can't sync tempos.
Logic is configured well since it syncs perfect with other devices.

What I'm doing in PA588 is setting Clock Source to External USB, but it does not sync tempo.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong??

Seems what you have done is correct… however does Logic see the PA588 OK - i.e. you can confirm that the MIDI drivers are working even though sync isn't?

Probably unlikely but if you are in SONG PLAY mode then "Internal Clock" is always used plus the Sync is set to Internal every time you power on.

I think it does. Because I can play a style (I'm in Style mode) from Logic.

Hmmmm - don't know what else to suggest if you are getting 2-way MIDI activity from Logic.

I'll do some more thinking…..

Syncing a keyboard with a DAW is always a two part process, set the keyboard to use midi clock as its timing master and set your DAW software to send midi clock to the port where the keyboard is.

Haven't used logic since they left windows but in cubase there's a sync setup to do that.
