I'm trying to use a new NanoKontrol2 with my Acoustica Mixcraft Pro Studio 7 DAW. It worked briefly but in a limited way showing only keynote commands rather than CCs. I tried re-setting but now I can't get either the Korg Kontrol Editor or my DAW to recognize NanoKontrol as a midi control surface option. What is the factory reset for the NanoKontrol2?

(I'm using Windows 7 and have installed the correct Korg drivers.)

In the Manual, in the section that starts with this . . . .

"Settings for using the unit with DAW software
This section describes various settings for several DAW software
programs. For more information, please refer to the Parameter Guide.
For information on detailed settings and operation of various DAW
software, please refer to the corresponding user's guide……."

and under….
"Other" DAW software (since I don’t see yours listed)

1. While pressing and holding down the SET MARKER and CYCLE
buttons, connect the USB cable from your computer to the
nanoKONTROL2 and engage CC mode.

You could try that.
