I don't think the North American models come with a separate power supply. Or do they?

Hello,
He probably meant the power cord. The video shows the back of the Kronos 2 and it is a standard connection.
Regards

"New keyboard smell" I guess is somewhat equivalent to "new car smell".

That's my buddy Mayuni Omar, Product specialist Korg in Singapore.
Man with great enthusiasm, friendliness and more... He's with Korg dealer for more than 25 years. I have done business with him (korg) for last 22 years... from O1W till Kronos

Yeah!!
Any chance Korg can come up with a "New Keyboard Smell" spray can for my original Kronos?
Then I can work on the wooden ends and start a black market of fake converted
Koni (Is that the plural?)

!!!!
Pete
P.S - must admit it looks very nice!!!

I have had mine on order fully paid since the day it was announced, I am super excited.
One down side to this who thing is that Namm is very close and am worried that Yamaha are gonna announce the replacement for the motif and I have always swayed to Yamaha for there ease of use and how quick you can get up and running with one.
But I am going to use my saintly powers to try and hold off...

Yamaha has ease of use over Korg in a few areas, namely FX routing, VST integration and pattern based sequencing/song building.
I think once you start building your own combis and editing your sounds you'll appreciate how much easier the Kronos is to get around
