USB CONNECTION PROBLEM FOR MAC OSX

Hi, i am new on the Forum, i have a problem loading patches on the Korg R3,
i have follow all the step's correctly, like midi preferences from R3, Mode protect "Off", i have Install from the Cd to the website Driver, and nothing
when i try to transmit a program from the R3 Editor to the R3 Synth, it apears this message, "Transmit program failded, midi device is not especifit" .
i need help, anyone got the same problem?
