Musicians with Bipolar Disorder?

Yeah, I know its a pretty unusual subject to talk about, but I've finally (after what seems a lifetime) been diagnosed with it
I was just wondering if there's any other musicians here who are willing to discuss their condition, as at the moment I'm a little concerned about the treatment I've started.
I've been put on 20mg Citalopram for an initial 2 weeks, then I have to go back for further assessment and a probable 6 month course of AD's. This first week has been OK, no noticeable side effects, and I feel perfectly fine except for the fact that I've lost all interest in doing anything creative
I can't even be bothered to switch anything on in my studio!
I told the doctor that I hoped it wouldn't interfere with my "highs", as that tends to be the time I get on with projects, as I can focus 100% almost to the point of obsession - but I can handle it with no problems.
Has anybody out there been through this and come out of it OK with all creative functions working?
Thanks for reading.
Andy (Yup, I even have a real name)
