I am having trouble buying the v1.2 upgrade at the korguser.net shop. It won't accept a Visa gift card for payment apparently. I have tried multiple times and each time it ties up the Visa card for over a week. There is enough on the card for the $15 cost. Does anyone know of an alternate place to buy the upgrade that would accept a Visa gift card? I have tried contacting them about it including the error message but I only get an automated response telling me to go to a distributor to find out product information, or I get no response at all when trying an alternate way to contact them.
I am trying to upgrade from the original KLC commemorative version that had the MS-20 USB controller to the v1.2 that will install on Windows 7. I originally had an installation on a Mac, but the Mac has now died and I am moving things to my PC.
Any suggestions?

I should add, the card has been registered and I am purchasing from the US. I have used the same card to successfully make an online purchase from Guitar Center.

I finally manged to buy the upgrade yesterday by using a different gift card. I think the problem was with the fact the type of card I had only needed a zip code to register it. I tried a different kind (GoWallet) that requires full name, address and phone to register it. This card worked with no problem.
So if you run into the same issue, use a GoWallet brand Visa gift card or you may have the same problem. I hope this info helps someone else avoid frustration.
