Hello,

I'm trying to get some help.

I got an old Korg i3 as a gift from family in Denmark. They have 220 volt over there and now I'm trying to plug it up here in the US with with 110. I got a little adapter for the power chord, so it'll fit US outlet. However, it's not coming 'on' when I push the button.

Can anyone please help me?

You need to contact KORG and ask them one quesiton.

“Does the KORG i3 have a universal switching power supply.”

Honeslty, I don't think it has which means you need THIS which can step up 110V to 220/240V

Sharp is correct. You need a step-up transformer.

I'd stop plugging it in- there's a good chance you can destroy the power supply.
