Hi i'm looking at buying a Korg krome 88. I already have Cubase and a novation Midi controller. I was wandering if the Korg Krome can be used as a Midi controller with, for example Cubas?

Thanks, sorry if it's a stupid question i'm new to workstation keyboards. :)

Hey beethovenslover

That it can indeed. I am using it from time to time with Cubase myself
There is also a software editor that one can download from korg that includes a vst-i aswell, so one can even use the Krome as a vst-i

I have not have any problems with mine yet I must say

Does the new drive just add support for Windows 8? Anyone know if there's anything else in it?

Thanks,

Greg

Hey GeeBake

They are talking some about it in here
http://www.korgforums.com/forums-frame.htm

And I would agree from there, that it's mostly for the mac that the updates are for
