Korg USA Repairs
I had a keyboard issue and Korg had me send the keyboard back to them. I have not heard from them since that time. How long does it take for repairs and when they do warranty work, do they usually correspond with you, updating you on the progress?
That's weird... you usually take the Kronos to your nearest Service Center. Check if there's one near you:

I would suggest calling Korg on the phone and asking them the questions you raise. Your questions sound reasonable.
