Hey Jim,
This is just off the top of my head, but I recall reading somewhere that Pa800 styles are not compatible with pa1x -- please ignore me if I'm wrong.

Hi Jim
Mike is correct unless the styles have been explicitly converted for PA1X.
Have you checked
http://www.korgpa.com/en/support/bonusware.html
there are converted styles there...
Cheers
Pete

like Pete wrote - they are converted for PA1X and Jim - yes you´re right - you can´t use PA800/PA2X styles within your PA1X.

Hey Jim
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT - sorry - I had completely forgotten about this (PA1X was a long while back for me)
OK, so you would like all the PA800 styles?
I have all the factory PA2XPro styles and I am assuming that these will work fine.
Also, you should be able to use all the downloads for PA800/PA2XPro at korgpa.com
What else do you need? I'll get it uploaded for you to access.....

Good eye, Jim!
Pete, were there huge differences between the Pa1X styles and those on Pa800/Pa2X? And were there a great number of new styles added to the later boards that weren't present on the Pa1X?
Up til now, I've avoided trying styles from the Pa800/Pa2X due to the backwards compatibility thing. Just shows how easy it is to miss info that's in the manual - 'cept for Hawkeye Jim, that is

.
Best, Giner

Can we download the SET for PA2X or PA800?
Is it possible for you to upload the styles from your PA2X and send us the link to download them?
