Is there a way to get the Kronos (or M3) patch list to show in Digital Performer when using USB-midi?

I believe the Cherry Picker solution only works when using a MIDI interface.

Yes. Unfortunately the current way that it is set up in DP is that it will only show up in midi and not through the USB connection.
