I have seen someone's Photobucket on Installing the ''KORG-SCSI SCSI INTERFACE BOARD'' on a Triton. I have a Korg Trinity DRS. Please can someone tell if the Trinity is the same internally and if I succeed in attaching the SCSI Port to the Trinity. What will happen when I switch it back on. I have fitted PC Cards, but this is a Top Quality Syth/Workstation, I don't want to turn it back on and find I have problems getting the Trinity to recognise the new devise? Please if it is as simple as plugging in an switching on, please just reasure me? If not and I need to go through a few processes, after switching back on, or I need Download Driver Software (i.e. dll file, as in a PC), please could anyone out there help me? I received no fitting instructions with the Card, as I got it as, New and unused from Ebay. Regards, Alice M Hunt. Email - jeffalice@hotmail.com

I don't think Trinity and Triton SCSI expansions are compatible, sorry. I'm not even sure the plugs are compatible and located similarly - so I doubt you'll be able to fit it in even physically. The two (Trinity and Triton) are quite different internally, circuitry-wise and so on, so I would advise against experimenting.
Maybe someone else will know better...

To add SCSI to your Trinity, you need the "SCSI-TRI" which is different than the "EXB-SCSI" used on the Triton. The Trinity and Triton are similar in design but different when it comes to actual parts with a few exceptions like the keybed.
If you have the wrong SCSI board, you can resell it pretty easily and I know someone personally who will take it off your hands if you can't find a buyer.
