my sounds became weird after i have upgraded my korg 61 key

I have tried to upgrade from 1.1.0 to 2.5.3 the first time and my update failed. I tried turning on my korg but all i had was a white screen. I bought new floppy disks and tried the update again to 2.2.1 and the keyboard worked but now with weird sounds. I tried upgrading to 2.5.3 to see if it would help the problem but it did not change anything concerned the sounds. please help me out i need help! Acoustic piano went to some weird, funky sound with some repetition(it has nothing to do with arpeggiator), i tried almost everything, if you can please PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

Have you tried to load the original factory sounds?

yes the system gives me an error memory overflow
