Looks good, can sound impressive.
However, Korg, if you're listening ...
Making pretty facsimiles is all very well, but it wants to make even more use of the unique selling points of the device, accelerometer, gestures etc
It's pretty good so far
I wish there was a way to select an instrument *without* sounding the instrument (eg a "shift" key, even a tiny one above the cross button that would let you select the sound to edit or sequence without dropping it in out of time!!)
I would also like to be able to store favourite starting points for each of the 8 sounds, e.g. hold the 'shift' key and ten presets appear above the instrument you selected so you could tailor sounds without selecting a whole new pattern of 8 sounds
Deep visual editing of the motion data would be very powerful !
It doesn't need to behave like the hardware just because it's made to look like it
Cracking job and great price nonetheless

Re: iThoughts
All brilliant points - but this is one I feel should be implemented as soon as possible, can't believe there's not already a way to do this! Makes such a difference to performing "live".rotallicso wrote: I wish there was a way to select an instrument *without* sounding the instrument (eg a "shift" key, even a tiny one above the cross button that would let you select the sound to edit or sequence without dropping it in out of time!!)
I sent an email to the support@korgusa.com address suggesting this - hopefully they'll respond and take this on board, it'd be great to know they were listening to user feedback.
Re: iThoughts
Korg responded saying they'll pass my suggestions on - so get emailing if you agree that we need a way to select parts without sounding them!
