looking for a sampler software

hey guys.
As I'm waiting for my M50 to arrive, I wanted to buy a software that can be my drum sampler.
What I want it to do, is to match the bpm from my M50 through MIDI, and I want to assign different variations, fills, beats and so on, to my computers keyboard.
It would also have to be able to start new variations or the fills when the measure ends, if I hit the key sooner.
So the whole beat is controlled by the computer, while the rest of the music comes from the M50.
This would be awesome to work just like with an arranger.
If anyone knows a software that can do this, you would make me really happy. Price does not matter.
It can also be a VSTi.
