Triton Classic Touch View Problems

I reset my triton back to it's factory settings and now the touch view scrren is not working. Is this suppose to happen? Every function works except the touch screen. Is there a way to load the factory disk without the touch screen?

damper pedal + - polarity sometime freezes the triton..screen may need to be calibrated after reset upload.

yeah but how do you calibrate the screen if the screen doesn't respond to touch at all?
